User Agreement

Welcome to Kapro (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Kapro app, a fitness team-building community platform that allows users to post team-up requests, communicate in group chats, and share fitness team records. By accessing or using Kapro, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Kapro is intended only for users aged 18 and above.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kapro. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration
To access the full features of Kapro, you may need to create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content
You may post team-up requests, chat messages, and fitness records (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Kapro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content is truthful and does not infringe on others’ rights.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

• Share illegal, obscene, or offensive content.

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the app’s services.

• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Privacy
Your use of Kapro is subject to our Privacy Policy (see above), which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, engage in illegal activity, or threaten the safety of other users. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app.

7. Disclaimers
Kapro provides a platform for users to connect and share fitness experiences. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of other users, team-up activities, or User Content. Participation is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injuries, lost data, or financial loss.

9. Changes to This Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted in the app with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Kapro constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kapro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
